need help with old watch is it gold? cant make out the stamp

i bought some more jars from my wifes thrift store and this was in there, it is stamped 20 with kind of what looks like a k in a square ive never seen this stamp before i acid checked and it passed through upto 22k. i cant seem to find any other stamps other than a hand carved 678/6502 on the back. any info would be great,

and if it is gold is it better to keep together or just scrap the gold? thanks again for your help

That might mean 20 microns gold plate, but if it is 22k it be scraped if it was mine. Complete it may go more on like eBay?
