Need help

Found this metal detecting and need help identifying it. It appears to be made of copper and has threads on the inside. On the outside is some engraving that looks like flowers(??). Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Some times they are soldered other copper pipe so guages
can be threaded on to it. I am not sure this is just a idea
