Need Id on Bullet

I was out doing a quick hunt before i had to go to work,trying to locate a camp. I found this bullet but not for sure what Caliber it is? It is 11mm long and 6mm across the base.

In addition to the weight, I also need a photo of the base. My hunch on this item is that it is more modern.

Sorry guys,i don't have a way to weigh it,but here is a pic of the base.
I also do believe it is more modern,but with it all white in color, i thought i would check my doubts.
