need id on copper coin

Found this coin yesterday , I posted it with my finds hoping someone would chime in on an ID but no luck ..so thought id post it here . It is exactly 7/8 of an inch wide weighs 3.7 grams exactly to me it resembles a marylamd denarium coin from the size and the way the letters go from small to large around the coin and the picture has a strong resemblance ..Any help is appreciated .. mine is on the left 1658 denarium on the right the back of mine is covered with thick corrosion and ive tried everything to remove it even electrolysis.

It's a Half Cent,a exact measurement in mm's will help deside what kind.

I can put you in a date range now after looking at your coin better.It's a classic head/capped bust variety it would date from 1809-1836.................Capped Bust Half Cents

and a neat find, Halfs are coming in at 1/40 ratio compared with cents up this way
