Hello all. Im still out in the Everglades without internet unless I drive to a place with Wifi.

I ran across some 60s-70s prints and paintings. Before I toss this away, can anybody ID this artist? It looks like Kane. Im not sure if its a print or water painting. Its under glass.

I apologize if I cant get back to answer questions. I will try to get back in a day or two. I could use the help because storage in my camper is minimum. Thanks.

Hello BigCypress,

TNet has been suffering the ill effects of some kind of Photo attachment denying Curse. The cut and paste method is one way around this roadblock.

how do you copy and paste an image?

I copy the image code and paste it in-between a brace of brackets:

Where do I get the image code on a picture in my files taken from my camera?

The painting is "White Cow Eating Marshmallows in a Snow Storm". The artist is Bullwinkle.

One of the limited addition prints I was able to value at about $50 sold at auction. This flower painting or print may have no value but it never hurts to check.

It works now cool

Hello Mack, Matt, surf and Modernminer. I hope all is well. Im busy hunting little snakes in the Everglades with no room for large paintings. Should I toss it away? I miss TN and I will check back when I get a signal.

Happy New Year, Bigcypress,

That's one heck of an explanation point for the Year of the Snake!

I'm not finding a likely artist Kane on your image. Could it be a watercolor? I wouldn't pitch it. It's nicely framed and would appeal to someone, I'm sure. I cannot make out the second line beneath the Kane signature…

BCH,
Everglades resident, corrals monster snakes and owns delicate pieces of artwork; truly a Renaissance man.

All the best to you in 2014, BCH,

lol thanks Mack. Happy New Year. Yes surf I think it may be a watercolor and the frame may be gold leaf.
