I believe the material would be called "turquoise colored milk glass". Maybe 1940ish(?).

Any markings on the bases?

They look to be from the Cambridge Glass Company (of Ohio), with the candlesticks in what was known as 'twist' pattern. Various shades of blue/green can be found, loosely known as "jade glass", some with slight swirling of the colours. Probably 1920s-1930s
