FOUND THIS WHILE METAL DETECTING IN A RIVER ROCK PLAYGROUND. IT IS TOURTOISE SHELL WITH A METAL STATE SEAL OF OK ON FRONT. THE BACK IS A METAL LOOP. WOULD LIKE ANY INFORMATION ON IT.

Interesting. That's the 1st I've seen with tourtoise shell on the outside.

Ok state seal buttons have been reported found all over the world in recent years. Speculation is that it was early OK National Guard serving on active duty at various places, but not confirmed last I heard. The tortoise shell is a new twist as stoney56 says. Monty
