Need info on another canning jar

This canning jar came from another yard sale. It has Design Patent 37167 with 73C-7 on the bottom. Anybody ever see one of these?

I have never seen one exactly like it, but surely it is a common piece. It is unusual in the fact that it is multi-sided, with beveled shoulders. Value, maybe 5 to 20 in a busy shop.
