Need information on a Ceia detector

Hey guys I need help with a detector I've acquired, it's a ceia cmd, I've tried to user a few times with little luck , it has two tones , no display i believe it's a military detector, can it be used as a relic or coin detector? It folds up and stores in a small bag , any info on it or what it's worth would be appreciated. Thanks

So to better clarify it is a super simplistic system, turn it on and hold it in the air and let it Finnish its BIT, then adjust your sensitivity and volume to your likening and go to town. The frequent beep is just letting you know the batteries are good. And it can give an different tone when detecting high values of carbon (carbon rod IEDs and such)
