need some advice about Miami

My husband and I may go to Miami soon so I can do some detecting. Are there any rules or good advice I should know? I don't want to go where I shouldn't or do something that is not legal.
I may want to stop at other spots too. Any good advice is appreciated.

Pretty much everything in the Miami area is open for hunting as far as the beaches go...

As far as good advice......Watch out for sharks.....

Oh great, thanks for the info. I am surprised none of the beaches are off limits. I hope the parking and access to the beach is easy to get to. And yes I will stay out of the water.

I am so excited to go down there.
