hey everyone!
i just got back from my moms and she asked me to look into this vase. she remembers it being at her parents house when she was very young, and she is 78 now. its hand painted as you can see/feel raised paint in the design, we are wondering if anyone might know the maker/origin/age or value of this piece? thanks in advance
