Need some help on an I.D.

Found this last week. Other than the tip being gone it's neat and the only one like this that I have. It is very thin. Found it in South central Arkansas, about 100 miles north of the LA. line. Thanks for any help...d2

Is it an arrow point or dart? That would be a huge arrowhead.

Atlatl projectile tips are called dart points.

you can call them whatever you like,dart point, arrow point,projectile point they were all projected using an atlatl.and if they werent projected with a atlatl,then they were thrown and some would call them spear points.your point for example,we know it wasnt used as a knife,so i think its pretty safe to assume that what you have is a dart point,arrow point,or projectile point.
