The first picture has a face on it, does anyone know this face where and what it might belong to ? The second and third photo is of some kind of tool use for something pretty special because of the fancy stamping on it ? Thank You enjoy

hey there..the the round thing looks like a part from a transit...notice the indicator.. and the knob with thumb screw to lock it into place.
just a guess...

Ohiowhite guy, that seems like you might be on to something with the transit. My first thought was something from a compass, like you said you can set it then lock it. Thanks

On the second item; I can't get away from the thought that it's part of a lighting fixture, albeit a small one. Similar but smaller version of this perhaps?; Antique Brass Base 10" Floor Lamp Base Vintage Lamp Parts N Pcs | eBay

Thank you for your input. I think the spinner might be it. I need to do alittle more cleaning and see if there is any thing on the reverse side.
