Not for sure what it is, but it could be a pivot stone for starting a fire with a bow or it could be a unfinished game stoneWhat ever it is it's a cool find

Reaper is right nearly every one will be cupped on each side. New term archeologist use is cupulet for the dimple,,, I am not even sure it is a word yet. Nice artifact and example that will display well.
