negatives to digital?....

Was looking at the post by justgeese..does anyone have any experience converting 35mm negatives to digital photos?...I found this...but would like to hear if anyone knows of other/better ways to do this...thanks..

I use a Minolta film scanner on my slides being as I am an old coot and still like shooting with my 35mm rangefinder camera and color slide film or black and white film at times. I know a full blown scanner works well and I can get 52mp images if I want them from it but the price of my scanner was much more than the unit you are considering. It all boils down to what your needs and wants.

I've used a scanner as well converting 35mm slides to dig if you dont have that scanner you can send your pics to kodak or fuji and they (for a cost) will transcribe them to a CD
best check with any film developing place they should have the 411
