neighbor across the way asked me to find his plat markers
so about 12 pm we found the 1st 2 in 10 minutes and four holes later
the last 2 were tricky ,one was right up against the utility pull
took half an hour of head scratching and about 10 holes to realize it was right up against it :P
in the last hole we found a 1959 Dekalb dog tax tag #853
turned out it was his fathers dog who was still in Jr high ::)
the last marker a tree grew over that soooooooooo....... ::)
his father came over and i/we gave him the tag and he was pretty amazed
the reason being (for finding the markers)
hes going to build a new 2 story garage
then tear out his drive way and move it to the other side of the house ::)
so hes like go ahead dig up the yard
20 minutes later i was .57 cents richer
and a 53 wheat and a 60 rosie to boot (helllllllllllllllll yesssssssssssss)
so will be busy helping him getting trees torn down helping building the new structure
and digging the hell out of his yard with his 4 boys 8) ;D

DeKalb,

neat.

Helping a neighbor and a bit of silver in return.
Plus the option of hunting the location more.

One thing; the dog was in high school? :-\

;) ;D
