Networking & short solo hunt - TREASURE...

Land-Mag & I visited a new farm, so I could met the owner, & also field walk a couple of target fields with him. We suspect there will be a Roman Site but the only evidence we could find was Medieval Pot.
This will be a farm for the back-burner, he only wants 1 at a time because of the game birds etc...

After that visit land-mag dropped me off on a field that I haven't done in years. Its not a very good field but I did find 1 Celtic Gold coin, so I wanted to give it another blast. Only there for 1 hr 45 mins but I lucked into my 2nd piece of early Saxon Treasure.

Fragment of a Saxon 6th C Brooch? (silver chip carved & gilt - Style I) - Very high statue.

The ID is back for one of my pieces of Treasure from last year. Its a Saxon Wrist Clasp - Class C1.
We have had lots of Wrist Clasp's but its our first C Class which is one reason I had to guess at a Brooch fragment.
