New 1860's era cellar hole. Relic frenzy.

(Southwest PA, 1860's farmstead)

It looks like a rabid cat attacked my arms from all the briars today.
But look Ma, I found a new cellar hole!

This place was selective timbered not long ago so there's a lot of cut limbs
covering some prime real estate here, which I'll be able to clear someday when i'm so inclined.
There should be some really nice coins here based on what I found today.

Daggone RIGHT! Nice sash buckle and great heel plate. Is PRR "Pennsylvania Rail Road" or what? Looks like a virgin spot . . . !

Pa railroad yep. There were decent signals all over its gotta be virgin.

Nice finds ! The buckle is awesome :occasion14:

Nice finds Jim, I like those Pennsylvania RR buttons. I have a cuff size one. I'm still waiting to dig a heart heel plate. I have a couple clovers, but no hearts. The button in the upper left corner looks a lot earlier than the rest of the stuff.

You have yourself a honey hole. Get back in there before it starts to get thick.

Great assortment of finds.
