New coin arived today!

Although I dont have much intrest in colecting coins as I prefer bullion I couldnt pass up this deal. I got the coin for $75.00 UNDER melt price!. 2007 (1/2 oz Proof) Platinum Eagles - PF70 DCAM PCGS. I dont know much about the graded coins from PCGS but I understand they only graded about 80 of this coin at 70. Who knows it might be worth something some day.

I have been told by the PCGS collectors that I could trade this coin for 1 ounce raw platinum if I wanted to! They said this PCGS graded coin is one of only 80. I guess I will hang on to it for about 20 years then sell.

Nice, Very nice. Platinum seems to go up better then gold does. Last year it hit over $2200 and I almost sold a 6 gram ring I found for scrap. Decided to keep it and see if platinum goes even higher this year. that's a great investment coin and you can't be a 70 grade either.

I find for some strange reason people do not collect Platinum eagles!. I guess the price on these eagles might be too high for some. Who knows someday they might be popular once again. With the very LOW mintage numbers on these coins you would think they had some kind of value to collectors.
