new detector law for city of mobile parks

I have several connections to the city of mobile parks department. They have had several meetings as of late and from my understanding it is now legal to detect in city parks and have a shovel, but you cannot dig. Man it is getting harder to detect anywhere now. You would think we are as bad a drug dealers. Well anyway, I thought I would pass this along to all my brother detecterist.s
