Spent about 4 hours digging these. Nothing special so I should be due! The ground has been so dry all summer.......and never dug last year as the ground was frozen. Had a burst of fall rain to dig. And we will see what happens.

Nice finds:thumbsup:, sometime you have to go through the small stuff to find the big stuff:laughing7:

Hope it gets better for you. Maybe you will hit the honey hole on your next trip.

Thanks guys. Sorry about the pics but I can't get my PC to accept photos from my phone. Which takes much better photos.

Niceuns, keep on diggin!

Cool finds, looking forward to seeing what you find there.

Very nice and there's an old killer around by the looks of those beauties !!!!

I can't remember where you're from (in general), that even w/o knowing, I'd still be happy w/ what you found. It had been wicked dry around here until several weeks back, and when the ground dries up around here in VA, it basically becomes like fired clay. A pick axe won't even pierce it. Having never dug, it's hard for me to understand the obviously hard work that comes w/ that sort of 'true' archaeology. I admire your tenacity! HH- and good luck! Yak

Cool Finds! Congratulations! :icon_thumright:

Those are some awesome finds for just 4 hours. Alot of people don't realize what all we don't take home and picture from all the flint chips and big pieces of knapped flint. When I go out to my uncle's bluffs there is so much flint I have it in 5 gallon buckets cause most of the time people just chunk it and then I'll end up finding it again later if I don't put it up
