Christmas morning my wife surprized me with a new detector , I had mentioned I was interested in doing some detecting in creeks and in the water at the beach . So I woke to find a Sand Shark under the tree along with a new 11 inch double d coil for my little Fisher F2 .
Since its been to cold for the water havent been able to try out the new detector but yesterday after work I put the new coil on my little F2 and hit the old farm .Some spots werent bad I could dig with ease but a few places I had to get my claw hammer . I have to say im impressed with the coil , I found two small pocket spills 70's clad and also a cool watch key ," popular progress made in england solid brass " to add to my collection of keys . So just waiting now for spring which cant get here soon enough ...
