was installed today. At least they knocked on the door to advise me on the switch, allowing me time to power down my computer. The letter that explained the switch came a few weeks back, touting the fact I now have the capability to check our usage every 15 minutes via their website.

The next few months may prove interesting as far as my electric bill goes.

Every other hour, shut down the main for an hour - they'll get so sick of trying new switches to fix the "problem" they'll leave your house alone...
