New fee on the N.I.h in Siskiyou county

I called the Siskiyou County recorder's office today to try and find out what I need to pay for my N.IH. , resistance is futile but I persisted although she did not want to give me the info I needed and referred me to a web site that would give the info I needed, which is first for them. Besides the 14$ fee for the title page there is a 75$ tax plus now 6$ fraud fee which I thought was a frog fee, that what I heard, only in California would there be a frog fee,lol
