Also,I'm needing help to start,
On the new member board is the only place that I can post.Up above it says post new topic
wrote in red,But this the only place that has that.
How can I post on other topic's?

Go to the "Home" tab at the top left below the "Banner Find" pics. Select and click "Forum". Go there and click the on the specific forum in which you would like to post.
