Big hi out to everyone,

I recently decided I needed to find a new hobby to get out of the house more, poker is just not enough activity, and thought it would be cool to find a meteorite. So I started to look at metal detectors and after a while ended up here.

I have been on this site and a few others since I decided to take up the hobby but find most of my time is spent here. Great people with good advise what more could a newbie want.

What else....two dogs, two cats and a wife that I run a restaurant with. Lived all over Canada and have been here in Saskatchewan for four years now.

Chris. Welcome to T-Net. IYou will find the people on here a wealth of knowledge. I have been going up to Assinabooia (SP) the last 4 years hunting. I take my detector along but do not find much time to detect. I am not going up there this year but will be back next. Welcome and good luck. PJ
