New Garrett gtp 1350 pinpointing question?

Hi i recently traded my xterra 70 for a garrett gtp 1350. Im wondering since its used like new. Is it normal on the gtp 1350 when pinpointing to be a bit eratic like it wants to jump to target sizing or even does jump at times? And is pinpoint signal sometimes off or acts shaddy like it reads and sometimes doesnt read well? H mm wonder if need more practice?

I have the gtp 1350 and i havent had the problems you are having. When holding the pin point button it should only try to pinpoint not try to size it. And as far as pinpointing mine is dead on. If you dont keep the pinpoint button held in it goes to profiling. Hope this helps
