New guy from VA

Hello all,

I'm looking to get into the hobby and have been doing some research on some detectors. I'm a believer in "buy once...cry once" (within reason of course I think I'm going to get an AT Pro package from one of the supporting vendors. It looks like "BigBoysHobbies" has a pretty good deal on a "Diggers Special" but they also have an "Adventure" package that seems to be identical but costs more. Anyway, I'm glad to be here and look forward to learning from you.

I'm getting pretty psyched. I called Bart at BigBoysHobbies and ordered the AT Pro "Diggers Package" and added a Garrett waterproof pointer. Bart got it in the mail this afternoon and its scheduled for a Monday delivery.
