Many public parks around me are free to MD. The laws shouldn't be any different there. I would still recommend asking permission from the city... For private yards just ask the owner. Good luck

Waco does not allow MD in city parks. To MD at lake waco you have to contact corps of engineers or which ever beach, the attendant there. I do see people MDing in some city parks without permission.
