New Hunting gear

Hi all. Hope every one is well and i hope i am posting in the right section of the forum. My mom and her husband that live in the US came to South Africa to visit me for a couple of days. I told them i have never beach hunted before and would love to get into beach hunting as well. So they brought with them from the US some metal detecting gear for me. A nice beach scoop with a long handle and a beach scoop with a short handle. The also brought me a Lesche digging tool with a leather pouch and a nice minelab metal detector bag. The minelab bag is for my new Equinox 800 detector that i will be buying tomorrow morning before going to work. I am very exited about my new gear and the Equinox 800.

WHAT a nice Mom and Step Dad. Please take care and also get a SET of WATER PROOF HEAD phones. I realize you may not put your head under water but A WAVE SLAP can put you or your head underwater. Trust me IT HAPPENS when your not expecting it. When working the shore drag the Long Handle scoop behind you. It shows you where you have been . Put it on a short rope.
