New Just found this site

Hi all, I wish I found this site earlier, I just bought a Viper but I see here its is not well thought off. I moved down from Wyoming last November. I use to use a metal detector 15 years ago in Wyoming figured I would hit the beach here. This is a great sight and have been glued to it since finding it.

Hi SD thanks, I took it outside and found a small car about 1&3/4 inch by 1/2 inch at 7 inches down, it got dark so I stopped. At least I know it works just how well remaines to know. I think I will hit the beach tomorrow and give it a try.

7" is not bad at all, You'll get deeper with it I'm sure.
