New looking 1976 nickel

I found a couple of new looking 1976 nickels in my change this week. I'm wondering if they came from mint collections or something? As a matter of fact, some of the other 1970s and 1980s coins have been in real good shape too, with little wear. Just a curiosity...

I think a lot of them are down to people emptying and spending long held change jars.Much like yourself i notice often i have a particularly nice yet older coin.Cents from 1959 for some reason i got 3 all in near unc condition.

Honestly i believe people are turning in there jars of loose change for cash at the vendor machines,Then back into circulation.I found my first indian head nickel a few weeks ago in my change from dunkin donuts or racetrack gas station.
