Hello everyone. I am new to the forum, but not new to metal detecting or digging for old bottles, either in dumps or privvies. My favorite thing to do is dig up a privvy. How fascinating to dig through a time capsule! I have been Md'ing since I was 14 and am now 47, although through the years I had children and couldn't devote time to my hobbies for years at a time, because I'm the mom. But that was my choice.
I can't believe I did not know of this forum before now. I have been perusing it for the past few weeks and just had to join. Though I have been detecting and bottle digging such a long time, I still have much to learn. Thank you to all the folks who have contributed to this forum over the years, for I have learned much already. I recently started gaining interest in treasure signs and symbols, and dowsing. I have an interesting story to share about that, but I am headed over to that sub forum to post it.
Anyhow, hello to you all. I look forward to being a member here, and hopefully will have contribution of my own over time. Happy hunting to everyone!
