Welcome from Maryland.
When I was a kid, we used to go to Goose Wing Beach and catch soft clams in the pond behind the beach. The clamming tool was a plunger. It was many years before I learned of the actual use of the bath plunger. Always thought it was terribly unsanitary for locals to keep their clamming equipment beside the toilet - LOL
Anyway, does anyone hunt that beach area? It used to be so popular in the 60's.
