I read it, entertaining. It's a working man's treasure story, learned a couple things.

No, it isn't. It was located above Fort Bayard and purchased to help supply water for the fort back in the early 20th century. Does the property have any other significance?

No significance. Just thought about that ranch when I started reading the book. I was looking at old topo maps about the same time.
