Well I'm back in business. Just picked up a MXT Tracker E on Ebay. Looking forward to getting back into the hobby. Looks good and the price was right.

Congrats on your MXT, I love mine for sure. With the right coil you can get dimes at 10"+ with no problem and have had a few at a full 12" before, the D2 (Whites 10"DD coil) or the Detech 13"DD coils are depth monsters. I try and run at +2 gain for good depth EMI permitting, just make sure there's not to much threshold noise to hear those really deep whisper targets and don't worry if the threshold is a little erratic. Good quality headphones are a must for those deep whisper targets. HH
