I just bought a detector that was bundled with a pin-pointer. It's brand new and has never been used. I've become so used to using the older Garrett Pro Pointer and I really dislike anything that's different. Heck, I don't even like the new waterproof Garrett waterproof pin-pointer (carrot stick) that I bought. I'm set in my ways.
This Nokta Pointer is waterproof and I believe that the 2 year warranty is transferable. I'm not for sure, so check it out. These go for $125 dollars, I'll sell this one for $95 shipped to the lower 48.
