New Old Digging Knife

Don't know if you guys have seen one of these before but I had to have a new A/C put in the other day and I noticed that each of the installers had one of these knives on their belts. They said they are called a duct knife for cutting fiberglass installation and duct work. One of the installers gave me his old on when I explained to him what I would use it for.
The knife is stainless steel, 8" long serrated edge, and very heavy duty.
