hello got to hunt a new spot was able to hunt a couple hours,after the heavy rain.the wheats are 1918d 1920 1921 1945 1946s 1950d 1950d also my first buffalo nickle no date go figure,,also a sterling silver ring and then i found two pendants in one hole they was even on top each other stuck,,i think the gold one is plated no halmark but it kept its gold all those years ,im not sure but think they are eary 1900s to the 1930s, the other looks older a heart shape pendant,thanks for looking 000_1260.webp000_1252.webp000_1253.webp000_1255.webp000_1256.webp000_1257.webp000_1258.webp000_1259.webp

Some very nice recoveries! I'd suggest soaking the buffalo in olive oil for 3-4 days, then rubbing gently with your thumb. There are details on the buffalo which suggest to me it should have a complete date, but it could be very faint.

My personal favorite is the spoon. I love finding (and seeing pictures of) silverware, even if it has no silver in it. Check the spoon stem's back though: could have a hallmark or might even be stamped .925 (sterling).

BTW, are you willing to share what state/county you found these in?
 
my friend farms 6000 acres in central indiana, has alot of old homes an good field locations to hunt,
