I got my new Whites TDI Beach Hunter in yesterday. I put the detector together and set it up the way I like with a few little things I like to do to my detectors. Then I did some air testing in the back yard to get a little bit of a feel for it. I can't wait to get to the beach and give it a try.

All The Best To Everyone,

It can be a great workout for sure.....I can recall a detecting session which lasted for 8 hours, non-stop digging in the water. I retrieved 168 targets including 5 gold rings. I left the water exhausted and was physically incapable of getting myself and my gear up a steep bank at the water's edge. A lovely lady offered to help me as she could see I was struggling.......I was later informed that she had just turned 92 and had swam at the same beach every day. She insisted on carrying my scoop up the bank.......she wouldn't take no for an answer!
Shortly after, she ran into the water and within a short period of time was a 100 yards out to sea.....unbelievable !

Wow,

That must have been a great day and for sure a great memory. It sounds like that lady was in pretty darn good shape for 92 years of age. Heck I am going to call it like it sounds she was in much better shape than a lot of younger folks.....Yes unbelievable.

At the end of the day you feel great but it for sure can be exhausting.

All The Best,
Bill G
