New to bottles Anybody know what this is?

Hi,
I never have searched for bottles, but my buddy found this bottle while I was metal detecting. It appears that on the bottom it is stamped A3. I circled a bubble in the glass in the other picture (don't know if this will help with ID). The bottle also still has a cork in it. Any help would be much appreciated.

it appears to be a Beer Bottle to me.

However, on second Look maby Wine ?
How tall is the Bottle ?

The bottle is approximately 10" tall. Maybe a Belgian beer bottle?

Two more questions:
1.) Is there a way to look up what the A3 stamp is?
2.) Does a bottle like this have any value?
