WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats about 100 feet from where i found my 1855 SEATED HALF DOLLAR last Spring. Could there be more? I'll have to hit that spot some more to see what else i can find!!
Thank you so much!

I don't know, something about it seemed like a treasure once could have been hidden there. I'd check all the trees to see if any carvings or other markers can be found.

Green circles for archaeological signals or old stuff. Red circles for spots to check metal detecting, surface down to 1-2 feet.

Put a white circle around the red circle with a dot, the one close to where you found the coin. Again red circles for spots to check metal detecting, surface down to 1-2 feet. Green for all types of archaeological signals, including old sites, Native American, signs/markers, etc.

Thanks, most the spots you marked with red is where we have been finding most the old coins. With such a tight cluster along that fence row i cant wait to go back and check it out. I'll let you know what i find!

Yeah, I know what you mean.....as they say "the old places are never really hunted out".
