I have always loved arrowheads and the thought of finding Indian artifacts....I have found arrowheads when I was a kid, but since then, I have concentrated on other types of relic hunting...This past weekend, I was at a friends ranch in North Texas, and had found some points, and other types of rocks...I have no idea if the rocks were tools, or just naturally formed through water action, or nature....As far as the points go, are they or aren't they? If so, what type? I have no idea how to id them...thanks for any help!

Yes you are finding artifacts. The bottom pieces show evidence of being worked by man/woman. Rough preforms and a broken base.
The one item could possibly be a celt not sure. The other stuff looks like natural river rock polished by time.
I say keep looking where you are and more will be found.
Thanks for sharing and congratulations on your finds.

Hey TnMtns, what would determine if it was a celt? Do you need some different views?
Thanks for the help!

I don't see anything that is a celt in there. Just a similar shaped rock with no defined bit.

This is a celt I found last year.
