Just got the detector and we are under tornado warning damn the luck
My first find at local school was a batting cage token well gotta start somewhere haha

Actually, the storm is good fortune for metal detecting the beach. Head to the beach after the hurricane. All kinds of things wash and/or are exposed from the storm surge and sifting sands.

Edit - Oops - I thought I read hurricane. Sorry. Of course, a tornado could stir things up a bit as well.
