New to this forum on Cape Cod

Hi everyone new here but not new to detecting. Bought a 1820 Sea Captain house on Cape Cod and want to know if anyone has and info on hoards found on the Cape. I have found in the yard 1809 1/2 cent with a hole in it, 1899 Quarter, Buffalo Nickles, V nickles, Standing liberty quarters and indian heads but always in for a good hunt off the property.

Welcome!! I am also sorta on the cape, (own a house there and go occasionally). Its in west yarmouth, what area are you from? I have had good luck there, found an 1828 half penny in a park, found some shipwreck spikes and lots of other old stuff, place definetly has lots of goodies to be found. One tip i can offer is hit all the small junky looking beaches that are mostly just used for fishing and boating and other stuff. Also the beaches and islands only accesible by boat or kayak. Thanks for the warm welcome friends. The house I bought is on route 6A in Brewster near the fire history museum. hope to do a little searching on the property this weekend seeing that I have just cleared a new area on the property of old trees and vines.
