Hello everyone,

My name is Derek and I got a bad bug, Its called Meta-i-tist, and Geo-cachist,

I own a Bounty Hunter Sharp Shooter II Metal Detector, Shes my little buddy as I call her.

I got started in Metal detecting just before winter hit, I am an avid deer hunter, small game hunter. so I've figured why not do a different kind of hunting between seasons? Sure enough I watched diggers although I know its fake and not a good show, but they did get me started in metal detecting.

Anyways Late September I was practicing my archery skills Lost an arrow, so I had to wait to wait until the first snow melt to find it, Sure enough I did. I found my arrow this spring, Got me excited its like Un Earthing History one swing at a time.

I will be posting from time to time, I am also getting ready to post my first geocache.
