I have been on eBay for a lot of years selling and i know what ...NEW means and USED means ...But what does SPONSORED mean?

I have been on eBay for a lot of years selling and i know what ...NEW means and USED means ...But what does SPONSORED mean?

I have an overpriced coin for sale now. I started at $599 and marked down to $499 then I had eBay sponsor it for an extra 10% fee. I don,t mind paying if it sold. Didn’t pay much for it. It was in a box of coins I bought at a yard sale.

Ive wondered the same thing about "Sponsored "I believe they show /have your item in other columns /threads of similar items F/S..You can see Sponsored Items" in listings / lower area on the pages youre searching if that helps..
