newbie finds a IH and silver,and other stuff

been detecting about a yr now, use a radio shack discovery 2000, and an older radio shack unit.....gotta get a real detector.....lol but have been detecting a house that has been torn down and found these today!!!!!

grats on the finds. I still haven't found anything worth more than a pull tab MDing :P. I blame that on the lack of my knowing the area and my attitude on venturing out

I hunt house tear downs a lot and it's either feast or famine it seems. Sometimes I find nothing but junk but at others I have done pretty good. Go back after a hard rain and hit it again. A lot of interesting stuff turns up on the surface like marbles, etc. Monty

WTG Thumper Nice digs. I too started out with that machine and found some goodies. It will find stuff if you patient with it. Keep after that site, theres bound to be more!!!!

The 'Little License Plates" were used on key rings so your if lost keys contained these plates were found and placed in a mail drop, they were returned to you by the DMV.

Havn't seen these for years and have no idea why they were discontinued.
