Newbie, need help. Artifact?

I just started looking for artifacts last week. I found this item walking a creek and wondered if it was a worked item. It is irregular in shape but seems to have two worked edges. Found in a creek in Delaware county Ohio. Any opinion would be appreciated.

Might have been that someone started making a celt & quit halfway along.

I agree (and speculate) with uniface. Some of those edges are interesting. Picture 3 -edges (bottom left and right) seem to have evidence of correct lithic reduction caused by grinding.
Please post close-ups of those edges under good light.
