Newbie quest: #2 pottery item question...Is this Brush-McCoy?

Height is 6.5", diameter at top 7 1/4". Weight is 3 pounds 11 ounces. Has 3 stilts and #266 on the bottom.

Ya, those "stilts" should be on the bottom normally? But since it has a round foot, what's the point of the 3 stilts on the inside? I have since found another pot claiming to be Brush-McCoy and looks very similar. However, the tulips are different.... What would be your take on that?
